Data Deletion

1. Disconnect Google Ads

Open Settings → Connected accounts (or the client workspace where the account is linked) and choose Disconnect. This immediately deletes the encrypted OAuth access and refresh tokens for that connection from our database, and MetricPilot stops making any further Google Ads API calls on your behalf.

You can also revoke MetricPilot's access directly from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking there invalidates our tokens instantly.

2. Disconnect Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads

Open the client workspace (or Settings → Connected accounts) and choose Disconnect on Meta Ads. This immediately deletes the encrypted Meta access token from our database, and MetricPilot stops making any further Meta Marketing API calls on your behalf.

You can also remove MetricPilot directly from Facebook at Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations and choose Remove. Removing it there invalidates our token instantly and, if you tick the option, tells us to delete the data we obtained through it.

To have every Meta-derived record erased, email contact@metricpilot.in from your registered address with the subject "Delete my Meta data". We confirm the request within 2 business days and complete deletion within 7 days.

3. Delete reporting data

Reports and the metrics stored inside them can be deleted individually from the Reports page. Deleting a client removes that client's connections, stored metrics and reports. Deletions are applied to live systems immediately.

4. Delete your account

In Settings → Danger zone, choose Delete account and confirm. This permanently removes your workspace, branding, clients, connections, encrypted tokens and reports. If you prefer, email contact@metricpilot.in from your registered address and we will process the deletion for you.

5. Request permanent deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, email contact@metricpilot.in from the address on the account and tell us what you want removed — a single integration (Google or Meta), a client, or the whole account. We verify the request, action it within 7 days and email you a written confirmation of what was deleted.

Deletion timeline

• Google and Meta OAuth tokens: deleted immediately on disconnect or account deletion.
• Meta-derived reporting metrics: removed with the report, client or account they belong to.
• Reports, metrics, clients and workspace records: removed from live systems immediately.
• Encrypted backups: overwritten on the normal backup rotation, within 30 days.
• Email requests: actioned within 7 days of verifying the request.

We may retain billing and tax records where Indian law requires it. Those records contain invoice details only — no advertising data and no Google user data.
